■ 정올 Service Terms of Membership

Chapter 1. General Provisions

▶ Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms govern the use of the internet service www.jungol.co.kr (hereafter '정올') provided by 한컴에듀케이션, setting out the basic matters regarding relationships between members and the use and provision of the service.

▶ Article 2 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

(1) These terms take effect when they are posted for users through 정올.

(2) 정올 may amend these terms as needed for operations, and amended terms take effect when posted on 정올.

Chapter 2. Membership Registration and Termination

▶ Article 3 (Types of Members)

The only members of 정올 are general members who use all services free of charge.

▶ Article 4 (Member Designation)

Members of 정올 are referred to as "members."

▶ Article 5 (Membership Registration)

(1) Anyone in Korea or worldwide may apply for membership by filling out the form prescribed by 정올 and agreeing to these terms.

(2) Users wishing to join as members of 정올 must provide their real name and personal information through the application provided by 정올. (IDs and passwords are chosen by the user.)

(3) Users wishing to join as members of 정올 must apply for membership in their real name through the application provided by 정올.

(4) 정올 may reject membership applications that fall under the following, and may cancel membership if such cases are found after approval:

1. Applying with another person's name

2. Not applying under one's real name

3. Providing false information on the application

4. Applying with the intent to disrupt social order or public morals

5. Failing to meet other application requirements set by 정올

6. Applying without meeting naming requirements set by 정올

(5) 정올 may withhold approval of membership applications in the following cases:

1. When there is insufficient capacity

2. When technical issues exist

3. When unavoidable circumstances require withholding approval

▶ Article 6 (Restriction, Suspension, and Cancellation of Membership)

If a member falls under any of the following, 정올 may limit membership or restrict or suspend the use of the service:

(1) Submitting a false application

(2) Using another person's resident registration number as an ID/PASSWORD

(3) Engaging in acts that violate public morals or public order when using the service

(4) Intentionally disrupting service operations

(5) Failing to comply with these terms

▶ Article 7 (Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information)

(1) Purpose of collection: Providing services and customer support

(2) Retention and use period: Until membership is withdrawn

Chapter 3. Obligations

▶ Article 8 (Obligations of 정올)

(1) 정올 must provide services continuously and stably except in the following circumstances:

1. When maintenance, regular inspections, or construction for service facilities is unavoidable

2. When a common carrier under the Telecommunications Business Act suspends telecommunications services

3. When war, disaster, force majeure, or a national emergency occurs or is likely to occur

4. When service use is hindered due to equipment failure or traffic overload

(2) 정올 processes opinions submitted by members through prescribed procedures, and if processing will take time, the member must be informed of the reason and schedule.

(3) 정올 keeps member information secure, uses it only to operate or improve 정올 with quality service, and does not provide it to other institutions or individuals for other purposes. However, the following are exceptions:

1. When requested by investigative authorities under relevant laws

2. When requested by the Information and Communication Ethics Committee

3. When requested under procedures prescribed by other relevant laws

▶ Article 9 (Disclaimer)

(1) 정올 is exempt from responsibility if services cannot be provided due to force majeure such as natural disasters or orders of law or court.

(2) 정올 is not responsible for service disruptions caused by members' actions.

(3) 정올 is not responsible for loss of expected profits from service use or for any damage resulting from materials obtained through the service.

(4) 정올 is not responsible for the reliability or accuracy of information, data, or facts posted by members on the service.

▶ Article 10 (Obligations of Members)

(1) Members must not engage in the following when using the service:

1. Reproducing information obtained through the service for purposes other than personal use without prior consent from 정올, or publishing, broadcasting, or providing it to third parties

2. Posting, emailing, or otherwise distributing content that infringes on patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights of others

3. Transmitting, posting, emailing, or otherwise distributing information, sentences, or images that violate public order or morals

4. Transmitting, posting, emailing, or otherwise distributing content that is insulting or threatening and may invade the privacy of others (individuals or groups)

5. Acts objectively judged to be related to a crime

6. Collecting or storing other users' personal information without approval from 정올

7. Other acts that violate relevant laws or rules set by 정올

(2) Members are responsible for managing their IDs and passwords; any misuse or issues due to poor management are their responsibility.

(3) If a member discovers that their ID has been misused, they must notify 정올. The member is responsible for any consequences of failing to notify.

(4) Members may not conduct business activities using the service without prior consent from 정올. 정올 is not responsible for results of business activities in violation of the terms, and members are liable for damages suffered by 정올.

(5) Members may not transfer, gift, or provide as collateral their right to use the service or contractual status without explicit consent from 정올.

(6) Members must update their information through the service menu when it changes; they are responsible for any issues caused by not updating their information.

(7) Members must comply with these terms and relevant laws.

▶ Article 11 (Member Posts)

(1) Rights and responsibilities for posts rest with the poster.

(2) Members may not use materials posted on the service for commercial purposes, such as processing or selling information obtained through the service.

(3) 정올 may exercise property rights over source code transmitted by members through the service.

(4) If content posted or registered by a member on 정올 is deemed to fall under any item of Article 10, Paragraph 1, 정올 may delete the content without prior notice.

Chapter 4. Use of Service

▶ Article 12 (Service Details)

(1) Members may use all services of 정올.

▶ Article 13 (Withdrawal of Membership Application)

A member may withdraw their application within 20 days of registration through the user center designated by 정올 if they fall under any of the following:

1. When 정올 services cannot be used due to reasons attributable to 정올

2. When the services actually provided differ from those advertised by 정올

▶ Article 14 (Termination of Membership)

(1) Members of 정올 may cancel their membership at any time.

Chapter 5. Use and Security of Member Information

▶ Article 15 (Use of Member Information)

Personal information provided by members may be used, with the member's consent, to deliver higher-quality services.

▶ Article 16 (Security of Member Information)

(1) 정올 must do its best to protect acquired member information, and members can view and modify the information held by 정올.

▶ Article 17 (Copyright)

(1) Copyright and other intellectual property rights related to 정올 and the registered source code belong to 정올.

(2) Users may not engage in acts that infringe copyright, such as reproduction or transmission, without prior consent from 정올.

▶ Article 18 (Miscellaneous)

Matters not specified in these terms and the interpretation of these terms follow the Electronic Commerce Framework Act, Electronic Signature Act, other relevant laws provided by the government, and general practices.
